About the Editor’s job
You will require to form a highly experienced team of journalists who are passionate about writing impactful journalism for Banking and Insurance education scenario.
As a editor of the Editorial team, you will keep yourself up-to-date with the trends and developments at BBI schools, and BBI students and aspirants community in business education sector.
You should be well-versed with writing a wide-variety of news features, ranging from Analytical features to Human interest features, First-person accounts, Explanatory features, Descriptive interviews, etc.
You will need to have outstanding research skills and an eye for detail with information. You will need to regularly interview people in person or over phone, source and analyze data and link it to prevalent occurrences.
You would have to generate ideas for stories regularly and deliver the stories under tight deadlines. Your work should be well-written, accurate and insightful.
Sourcing / Conducting interviews with the Heads of the MBA Institutes, Corporate Heads, Authors
Sourcing various management events details and writing reports on discussions

Job Profile
· Create and manage the brands social influencer programs, including sourcing and managing vendors and bloggers.
· Web Analytics – Run reports, analyze, and synthesize web analytics including web traffic, email delivery, online search & display performance.
· Devise and execute email strategy and campaigns that are analytical, exciting and engaging
· Engage consumers through day-to-day management of the brand(s) presence on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube etc.
· Develop and execute Social media strategy and media campaigns through relevant platforms
· Develop online search engine marketing strategy. Continual tracking and optimizing of plan on a regular basis
· Leads the development and execution of interactive and digital marketing programs to drive brand presence via all effective channels of online communication
· To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
· To be responsible for managing all communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost effective targets.
· To be responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the Client website and for the promotion and growth of the Client’s web properties
· To be responsible for the smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximising online sales opportunities and search marketing.
· To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI
· To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage.
· To take responsibility for managing significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing and online PR in an agency or consumer branding environment
2. Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand
3. Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
4. Experience of digital content management
5. Search engine experience, including the ability to generate inbound links from the internet
6. Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines
7. Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel
8. Good relationship management skills and a good team player
